Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are variable and depend on the total order weight,  country you reside and lastly, the shipping option you may choose.

It's possible to know and confirm your order's shipping cost at Check-Out, in the final step of the procedure, before confirming the order. This is possible for all registered users or with guest check-outs, which create a temporary virtual user instantly.

If you're a new user and still haven't registered or made a guest check-out, you may take these Shipping Cost lists as a guideline and confirm later on.

Currently we have three major geographical zones - Portugal / Europe / Worldwide - Below are the shipping methods, weight in grams and prices in Euros:

Portugal (including Madeira and Açores):

We have a limit of 2kg per package, in order to be able to maintain low prices. This includes both product weight as well as the packaging materials. Therefore we have set some margins, which can be altered at any moment if needed.

However, there are extra options for sending parcels with over 2kg.

European and Worldwide Customers ordering over 1910g may choose from a "Single Parcel" or "Multiple Parcels of max. 2kg" - What does this means?

1- Single Parcel means that you'll get orders with more than 2kg in one package - It's more expensive but more convenient.

2- Multiple parcels of max. 2kg mean that we will divide all items into several packages with a maximum of 2kg - this will be cheaper, but sometimes one package may arrive later or so.
